A great Red Irish Ale for St. Paddy’s or anytime! Charles Barkley probably isn’t Irish, but this drink’s got “Stremph”. This recipe is a great mix of old world hops and new world malts. Much like an American Amber Ale, but with a bit more caramel character and a wee more smooth than crisp. Erin Go Braugh!
